Alongside the dark tones and elegant form of the mother plant, the pollen donor introduces the well-known Ree Gardens background. "Ree Gardens" refers to a special Anthurium papillilaminum clone from the nursery of Marie and Steve Nock (1976–2023). Its origin is Panama; a related clone is also known as Papi "Marie".
